Background
I suppose there are many people who wanna travel between Narita Airport and Haneda Airport at low cost as much as they can save.
Some Keisei Line have through service Toei Asakusa Line and Keikyu Line. So, they connect to Haneda Airport directly. So, I assumed l could go to Haneda Airport from Narita Airport, not taking so much long time and money.
Brief summery
I understood the reason why Keisei Skyliner and Narita Express exist.
I guessed “Well, it must be easy way because I can take Airport Limited Express which goes straight to Haneda Airport!! I don’t need change the train!I In addition, I can save money too!!”
I know it was underestimating now…
Let’s ride on a train!
In this case, I went to Haneda Airport from Narita Airport.
I left Narta Airport around 6pm. However, no Limited Express ran at that time!!
So, I took Keisei Main Line and got off Oshiage station. Then, I transferred to Airport Express (Toei Asakusa Line running in Keikyu Line) for Haneda Airport at Oshiage station.

It spent a lot of time… I arrived the airport around 9pm… It is almost all 3 hours for traveling…
Conclusion
I should have ridden on Skyliner or Narita Express!!
if I get on Limted Airport Express on Keikyu Line at Shinagawa station, Narita Express would be better?
If Limited Airport Express was running, I could reach to Haneda Airport faster..
I recommend you to check its time table when the train comes before getting on the local train if you are planning to use it!!
It might be a good choice if you get off at Oshiage station to go to Skytree or at Asakusa station for sightseeing(Asakusa station is a stop station of Toei Asakusa Line).
But I don’t recommend you to use local trains for a trip between Narita Airport and Haneda Airport!!
I understood why Skyliner and Narita Express are promoted so strongly, especially, for their time for traveling.
I declare I will never travel between Narita Airport and Haneda Airport by local trains.
NOTE: It might be a different result if this trip is from Haneda Airport to Narita Airport.
Besides, I could get a different result if I researched the time table precisely before riding and took Airport Express going to the airport straightly.
FYI: The fare of the trip by the local trains
